All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (US) and include local and government taxes. All payments should be received in full, including all the bank charges plus the fees of the corresponding bank.

Support Personnel
On-site personnel: Mia, our friendly on-site Balinese manager is available to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. She speaks English, is responsible for guest relations and oversees the villa staff. While she is on-site regularly she can also be contacted on her mobile phone to offer advice or to assist.

Our cook will prepare a delicious hearty breakfast daily from one of the menu options available. Additional meals can also be prepared and the ingredients can be sourced locally by our staff if required. Extra meals are at the expense of the guest’s. Advanced notice is needed for these meals.

Security guards are on duty during the night every night and can also be called on to help you should the need arise.

All our staff are Balinese, live locally and have been employed with Villa Padi for on average of 4/5 years. They are very friendly and only too willing to make your stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. Being understanding of their culture differences, and varying levels of English proficiency will help them to help you even more.
